Requirements:
- Possess Degree in marketing and/or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial and/or supervisory position in a property related industry.
- Able to plan, develop, coordinate and implement sound marketing programs and strategies to meet company’s goals and objectives.
- Possess drive, maturity and able to oversee all aspects of sales & marketing activities.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and can work independently.
- Candidate without the necessary qualifications but possess relevant working experience can be considered.
